Baginda Minda has applied to set aside a defamation suit filed by Ummi Hafilda Ali against him. <br /> <br />Kuala Lumpur High Court judge VT Singham also warned parties concerned not to make statements outside court which could affect the case. <br /> <br />"I also read the papers.
