Fiat India has teased a photo of its upcoming 500 Abarth on Twitter. The Abarth is a much sportier version of the standard Fiat 500, which had earned a cult status amongst its followers when it was launched. Will the Abarth 500 be able to match it? Only time will tell. <br /> <br />Under the hood, the Abarth 500 would be equipped with a four-cylinder 16-valve 1.4-liter MultiAir petrol engine capable of producing 160bhp of peak power and 230Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a five-speed manual transmission. <br /> <br />The price of the Fiat Abarth 500 when it is launched is expected to be priced around 25 lakhs mark which would make it in a same league as the MINI Cooper, BMW 1 Series and Mercedes A-Class.
