2.45pm: Puduraya - The police curiously arrest about 10 individuals out of a large group who have dispersed into the Tung Shin hospital. <br /> <br />Meanwhile, a man (right) who appears to have fractured his leg during the earlier melee is being attended to by volunteer doctors. <br /> <br />He was lying unattended on the road with his wrists bound by police, before the medical volunteers spotted him. <br /> <br />"The police held me, grabbed my head, bound my wrists and kicked me. There were several of them," said the man, visibly in pain.
