Pakatan Rakyat has shot down the 10 minute airtime offer to air their manifesto on RTM.<br /><br />The offer was announced by the Information, Communications and Culture Minister, Rais Yatim last week.<br /><br />Rais said the opportunity was given in keeping with democratic principles and hoped that10 minutes would be enough for parties to present their respective manifestos.
