The Shah Alam High Court today acquitted and discharged Ditamas Sdn Bhd director Shamsuddin Hayroni on a charge of abetting former Selangor menteri besar Dr Mohamad Khir Toyo in a land deal.<br /><br />Judge Mohtarudin Baki made his ruling after deputy public prosecutor Abdul Wahab Mohamad withdrew the charge.<br /><br />Abdul Wahab however told the court that the charge against Mohamad Khir would continue.<br /><br />Full story: http://malaysiakini.com/news/166144
