Parts of Shanghai, China were hit by severe flooding on Monday after heavy rainfall was brought to the area by Typhoon Goni.<br /><br />Video footage showed roads under feet of water with drivers and pedestrians struggling to get around parts of the city.<br /><br />Several roads were closed and the underground system was affected, according to local media.
