A bizarre video has emerged from China of a man driving a jet ski through a flooded road in Shanghai on Monday afternoon.<br /><br />According to local media, severe flooding hit parts of the city on Monday after heavy rainfall that was brought by Typhoon Goni.<br /> <br />Several roads were closed and the underground system was affected.
