A bizarre video has emerged of a man riding an incredibly tall bicycle connected to a speaker system around the streets of Detroit, USA.<br /><br />According to the filmer, the video was captured earlier this month just outside the 'Mad Decent Block Party' festival held at the Russell Industrial Centre.
