A bizarre video has emerged from China of a cockroach giving birth to 25 babies inside a man's ear.<br /><br />The video, captured in this week in Dongguan, shows cockroaches lying in the man's ear canal and being taken out by surgeons.<br /><br />According to local reports, the man's ear canal was damaged by the creatures.<br /><br />How a cockroach got into his ear in the first place remains a mystery.
