Tropical Storm Erika swirling across the Caribbean on Friday threatening Haiti and the Dominican Republic. <br /><br /> The biggest risk over the weekend is heavy rainfall which could cause flash floods and mud slides. <br /><br /> Twelve people have confirmed dead and several others reported missing in the small island of Dominica. <br /><br /> Erika was no longer forecast to make landfall in the US as a hurricane.
