This is a popular Maharashtrian upvas bhaaji / sabzi that can be eaten during lunch / dinner. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />4 Sweet Potatoes, boiled & chopped <br />2-3 tsp Grated Coconut <br />2-3 tbsp Groundnut, crushed <br />2-3 Red Chillies <br />1 tbsp Sugar <br />1 tbsp Ghee <br />1 tsp Cumin Seed <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />साहित्य: <br /> <br />४ रताळी, उकडून तुकडे करून <br />२-३ tsp ओला नारळ <br />२-३ tbsp शेंगदाण्याच कुट <br />२-३ सुक्या लाल मिरच्या <br />१ tbsp साखर <br />१ tbsp तूप <br />१ tsp जिरं <br />मीठ <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl, add chopped sweet potato, grated coconut, crushed groundnut, sugar & salt. Mix everything well and keep it aside. <br />- In a pan, heat some ghee. <br />- When the ghee is hot add cumin seeds and red chillies. <br />- Then add the sweet potato pieces. Mix everything well.
