Ellen Pompeo wears nothing but a doctor's lab coat on the cover of Entertainment Weekly's September 11 issue.<br />The 45-year-old "Grey's Anatomy" star is featured on one of the magazine's four collectible "Shondaland" covers, which also include a "Scandal" cover and a "How To Get Away With Murder Cover," along with one featuring the show's creator, Shonda Rhimes, with her three leading ladies, Pompeo, Kerry Washington and Viola Davis.<br />The women discuss sexism in Hollywood, and -- more importantly -- the aftermath of Derek "McDreamy" Shepherd's shocking death in a car accident at the end of last season.<br />"All of a sudden, Patrick [Dempsey] leaves, and it's like, Oh my God, - Meredith's gonna get killed with Alzheimer's!"<br />Pompeo says, adding that many of the comments were sexist because, "The show couldn't possibly go on - without the man!"
