This is one of our earlier sparring videos. He has improved very much in sparring since training at FMK. He had a setback in his training when he tore his ACL practicing some jump kicks. This video was filmed before he tore his ACL. Since then we have been very careful in engaging in any sort of contact sparring. At this moment he can bench press 215 lbs @ 180 lbs. He can bicep curl 125 lbs. He can do over 15 pull ups. For his age, he is in pretty good shape. His hands are pretty fast, he has a breakdancing background, so he knows how to move like a Martial Artist. His flexibility is not bad either. He is humble and has a compassionate heart. Currently he is one of the top students at FMK.
