Mumbai: 'Govindas' made their presence felt during the high-energy, high-decibel Dahi Handi festival on Gokulashtami in in various parts of the state. The festival was celebrated with much cheer and enthusiasm throughout the city. Some mandals raised eight and nine-layered human pyramids. In Dadar, Dahi Handi was celebrated without water making it special in itself.
