The British Empire has struck back at ISIS - using drones to kill three militants in Syria who were plotting terrorist attacks in England, Prime Minister David Cameron said Monday.<br />British citizens Reyaad Khan and Ruhul Amin were killed along with another ISIS militant who was not identified, Cameron told Parliament.<br />The attack was legally justified because the militants were plotting lethal violence against Britain - including a sinister plan to kill the Queen at a public commemoration, the prime minister said.<br />The drones were dropped Aug. 21 in the Syrian city of Raqqa, an ISIS stronghold.
