The trial over the massacre of Curuguaty, Paraguay, due to be held on Tuesday morning, was suspended once again after the defense filed a motion of recusal against the judge. In 2012, eleven campesinos were killed, at least nine of them allegedly by police officers who were evicting them from private property that they were occupying.
