A video has emerged of a giant dock spider protecting a nest it made under a sailing jacket. <br /><br />According to the uploader, who filmed the video in Quebec, Canada last week, the spider was standing guard over hundreds of babies.<br /><br />Dock spiders are venomous but not dangerous to humans. They get their name from where they tend to live.
