The next generation of Apple's diminutive tablet has arrived in the form of the iPad Mini 4.<br />Apple's follow-up to last year's iPad Mini 3 offers much of the same as the last model in terms of looks, but with a few key differences.<br />The new iPad Mini 4 is essentially the innards of the iPad Air 2 packed into the smaller tablet.<br />Apple spent most of its time introducing the much-larger iPad Pro and the new Pencil device, two developments that promise to make the iPad a newly robust challenger to the likes of Wacom , which has a strong hold on the table art creation market.
