Footage has emerged of a huge blast at an east China chemical plant on Monday - less than a month after the Tianjin disaster.<br /> <br />The video, captured from a nearby building in Zhejiang Province, shows the complex engulfed in flames as smoke fills the sky.<br /> <br />Emergency services reportedly arrived at the scene of Nanming Chemical Co Ltd at 3.33pm on Monday, managing to control the fire by that night without injuries.<br /> <br />An electric welder is reported to have ignited stored methanol - causing an explosion and subsequent fire.<br /> <br />Local media have reported questions around the company's safety measures, especially in the context of recent incidents, and speculate that the sector will see tougher enforcement in future.
