A scary video has emerged from China of a toddler playing on the outside windowsill of an eighth floor flat.<br /><br />In the footage, captured in Zhejiang Province late last month, the boy can be seen climbing around on the platform and looking downstairs curiously, before being pulled back inside.<br /><br />Local resident Mr Wang happened to capture the dangerous moment on camera.
