Hindraf Submitted a memorandum to Suhakam Commissioner Detta Anak Samen at about 2.45pm at Suhakam Kuala Lumpur office.<br />Hindraf has listed several police misconducts during the arrest of more than 60 of its supporters on the 13th Feb 2011 on a nationwide convoy against Interlok.
