Prime Minister Najib Razak promises Kg Baru land owners that there will be no third party business interests that will develop Kg Baru. <br /> <br />The Umno president said that all matters on Kg will be dealt with by a government body, the Kampung Baru Development Authority which will include representatives from the land owners. <br /> <br />The government he said is interested ensuring that the values of properties in Kg Baru will be high through commercial zoning and higher plot ratios.
