Hulu Selangor MP P Kamalanathan's bid to strike out the poll petition by Zaid Ibrahim to challenge the Hulu Selangor by-election result will be preceded by the court hearing the latter's preliminary objection today. <br /> <br />This follows an application by Zaid on July 15 stating that there should not be any bid for the court to hear the striking out in election petition cases. <br /> <br />Election judge Justice Azahar Mohamed will first decide on the preliminary objection raised by Zaid.
