Lembah Pantai MP, Nurul Izzah Anwar wants the government to make public the findings of the investigation into the death of PSD officer, Norhashimah Wahid. <br /> <br />Norhashimah, 30 was reported to have died while undergoing training at the Royal Malaysian Air Force base in Bukit Jugra, Banting. <br /> <br />Questions have arisen as to why a non-uniformed staff of the Public Services Department had undergone military-style training when her job did not require her to fire a weapon.
