Selangor Menteri Besar Khalid Ibrahim today announced the Sungei Klang Carnival 2010 in conjunction with the second anniversary of Pakatan Rakyat's take-over of the Selangor State government in the 2008 March general election.<br /><br />The carnival will be held over two days, March 13 and 14th at the Taman Pengkalan Batu in Klang.
