Sacked MCA deputy president Dr Chua Soi Lek today warned party president Ong Tee Keat to stop slandering him or face legal action. <br /> <br />Chua's main contention is Ong's claim that the former would form a new political party. <br /> <br />At a press conference in Petaling Jaya today, Chua warned that he would take legal action against Ong. <br /> <br />"If Ong continues to claim that I'm forming a new party, I will sue him in no uncertain terms... I don't want him to spend his retirement in court," said Chua, adding that Ong is already facing a slew of court cases. <br /> <br />Chua also denied reports that he was joining a newly formed Party Cinta Malaysia.
