The Ipoh High Court today issued an ex-parte order granting custody of three children who were forcibly converted to Islam by their father to their mother M Indira Ghandi.<br /><br />According to legal advisor A Sivanesan, who was in court today, the order was issued in chambers this afternoon.<br /><br />Currently two of the children Tevi Darsiny, 12 and Karan Dinesh, 11 are with Indira while the youngest child, one-year-old Prasana Diksa, is with her husband K Pathmanathan, who has since assumed the name Mohd Redzuan Abdullah.<br /><br /> <br /><br />Video contributor: John Motes, Malaysiakini-ICFJ citizen journalism trainee.
