M Loganayagei, 34 who was allegedly elbowed and choked by a police officer during a commotion at the trial of P Uthayakumar yesterday, lodged a police report on the incident at the Brickfields police station. <br /> <br />The commotion occurred when the case was moved to another court, and Hindraf supporters were unhappy when they were not allowed into the new courtroom.
