A group of 40 late comers for the anti-ISA candlelight vigil were determined to show their support, after the main group had been dispersed by the police earlier. <br /> <br />They however were able to light their candles and sing the 'Suara Rakyat' for a good 40 minutes before police arrived and asked them to disperse. <br /> <br />Location: Jalan Cenderawasih near Mesjid Negara. <br /> <br />Camera & editing: Prem Anand
