Umno president and prime minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, revealed decisions taken at the Umno supreme council meeting last night. Amongst the decisions taken: <br /> <br />1. The Arau branch AGM will be postponed until after the Sanglang by-election. The Sanglang state seat was left vacant when the Election court in Kangar declared Umno's win invalid recently. <br />2. Festivities during the month of Ramadhan and Hari Raya Aidilfithri will be allowed as the Umno AGM will happen during this period. <br />3. Applications for membership of the party will be made available online and payment can be made via SMS.
