A group of refugees and migrants arrived on the Greek island of Lesbos from the nearby coast of Turkey on Friday, making the crossing in a rubber dinghy provided by people smugglers. <br /> <br />During the crossing, a Turkish coast guard boat approached and stopped the rubber dinghy carrying the migrants for some time, trying to prevent the migrants from crossing. <br /> <br />The coast guard followed the dinghy after it started moving again, however, Turkish authorities pulled back as migrants moved into Greek territory. <br /> <br />Many of the migrants who arrive in Turkey have already made the exhausting journey from Syria.
