Panzerotti a very tasty recepie from the city of Bari in the Apulia region of Southern Italy. <br />They are not to be confused with the fried pizza nor with the "calzone" from Naples. <br />The ingredients used are difefrent and also the toppings are mainly different. They are all delicious in their own way. <br />Panzerotti can be either fried or cooked in the oven.
