Mumbai: Devji Kuria, a shop owner in Malad has alleged that a builder has been attempting to usurp his land and asked for information through RTI. Due to the lax attitude of RTI officers, he never got information regarding the same. Irked with administration, Kuria approached the state chief information commissioner Ratnakar Gaikwad and he ordered to file an FIR against the RTI officer.
