Heavy rainfall nearly blows manhole cover out of the ground

Footage has emerged of heavy rainfall in Montreal, Canada causing flash flooding. <br /><br />The video, filmed on Sunday, shows so much water flowing down a road, that the increased pressure almost blows a drain cover off.
