European refugee crisis: Germany suspends trains from Austria

After opening its borders to refugees, Germany is at a breaking point. <br /><br />Police say Munich has reached its capacity and can't take in any more refugees streaming through Europe.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Paul Brennan reports.
