A bizarre video has emerged of a huge, multi-coloured cloud appearing in the sky in Escazu, Costa Rica. <br /><br />The footage, shot by Jessie Montealegre on Tuesday, shows a the apocalyptic sky in all its glory. <br /><br />"Suddenly a massive amount of people stopped and stood still as they were astonished at how the skies opened up," Jessie said.<br /><br />"It was a nice coincidence that the video was taken on Costa Rican's Independence Day".<br /><br />The phenomenon is believed to be cloud iridescence.
