FRANCE 24's Georja Calvin-Smith asks Makhtar Diop, the World Bank's Vice President for Africa.</p><br />Makhtar Diop warns against making generalisations about the whole African economy based on a crisis in one country. &quot;The world economy has been slowing down and Africa is not isolated from the rest of the world&quot;, he explains.
