This man is living proof you can take body building too far<br />Valdir claimed he had become 'tired of thinness' and decided to make a drastic change to his physique<br />There are plenty of people striving for the 'perfect' body - but this man may have taken things a step too far.<br /><br />'Valdir' appeared on Portuguese show A Transformação Mais Incrível, a programme which appeals for the world's most extreme bodies.<br /><br />And 'extreme' is definitely one word for this set of muscles.<br /><br />In the short segment, Vladir is seen proudly flexing his oversized biceps before making his gigantic pecs jump up and down.<br />Extreme: Valdir decided to make drastic changes to his physique after becoming 'tired of being thin'<br />An onsceen caption read: "The transformation of Valdir: Tired of the jokes, he switched thinness for many muscles."<br /><br />Viewers of the show have suggested that Valdir has been injecting himself with synthol, an oil used to enhance muscle appearance.<br /><br />However, use of the dangerous muscle filler can cause a series of health problems, including pulmonary embolisms, nerve damage, infections, strokes and ulcers or cysts.
