The Government of Dubai Media Office has announced Sat, 19-Sep-2015 morning the passing of HH Sheikh Rashid Bin Muhammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum after suffering from a heart attack. <br />Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, 34 years, is the eldest son of UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and ruler of Dubai Sheikh Muhammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum. <br />A three-day mourning period has been declared in Dubai.
