Rescuing kittens from trees is usually a job reserved for firemen, but a Romanian man has managed to film the moment he decided to take the matter into his own hands.<br /><br />The footage, captured using a helmet-mounted camera, shows the passing cyclist climbing up the tree and using a rope to bring the two animals down safely.<br /><br />The man can be seen storing the kittens in his bag and lowering them down to the ground, where they are then reunited with their owner.<br /><br />"I was going home after a ride with my bike. I heard two little kittens meow for their mum. The only problem was both of them were in a tree about ten metres tall, and they couldn't get down. So I just ran home to get a rope and I made my way up to them to save them," the filmer wrote online.<br /><br />Although the video was captured last year, it has only recently been uploaded to Newsflare.
