A bizarre video has emerged from Hunan Province, China of a tiny child sitting on his father's lap and steering a car through busy roads.<br /><br />In the footage, the four or five-year-old boy can be seen concentrating fiercely as he manoeuvres the car past pedestrians and other vehicles.<br /><br />His father gives him instructions throughout.<br /><br />According to local media, the identity of the young learner driver is a mystery.
