A bizarre video has emerged from Russia of a car with cardboard cutouts of Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin attached to its rear windscreen wipers. <br /><br />The car was spotted Saturday in Engels near Saratov, with video showing the Putin figure moving its arm as the wiper moved while a disparaging caricature of Obama sits next to it.<br /><br />The two presidents are due to meet today (Monday) at the UN General Assembly in NY, US.
