I add my Mineral drops to my bath, I rub it into my skin after showering and I do sometimes add it to my food and drinks for adding minerals. Magnesium is not the only mineral found in this supplement, but it is the mineral that I was most concerned about. Since using this product on my skin I have noticed a huge difference in my sleep pattern and I feel so relaxed when I bathe with it.
