Poha is a very popular Maharashtrian breakfast recipe which is very quick and easy to make at home. Learn how to make Kande Pohe from our chef Archana on Ruchkar Mejwani. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />250 gms Poha <br />3 Onions, chopped <br />4-5 tsp Oil <br />1 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />10-12 Curry Leaves <br />4-5 Green Chillies <br />1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1/2 Lemon Juice <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />साहित्य: <br /> <br />२५० gms जाडे पोहे <br />३ कांदे, बारीक चिरलेले <br />४-५ tsp तेल <br />१ tsp मोहरी <br />१०-१२ काढीपत्त्याची पाने <br />४-५ हिरव्या मिरच्या <br />१/४ tsp हळद <br />१/२ लिंबाचा रस <br />कोथिंबीर <br />मीठ <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a bowl, soak the poha in some water for a minute. Immediately remove them in another plate. <br />- In a pan, heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies, curry leaves, chopped onions & turmeric powder. Saute everything for a minute. Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft. <br />- Add the soaked poha, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt.
