A bizarre video has emerged from China of a man with unusually large feet receiving surgery to reduce the size.<br /><br />In the footage, filmed in Hubei Province on Monday, doctors can be seen checking the man's feet before undertaking the operation.<br /><br />According news reports, the patient, 28-year-old was born with a pair of massive feet which kept growing until he was twenty-three, reaching 35 centimetres long or EU size 60.<br /><br />The surgery has reportedly helped reduce the width of his right foot by one fifth, and follow-up treatment will remove the extra toe on his left foot after the right one makes a proper recovery.<br /><br />The man told reporters he has never had trainers before and hoped to fit into a pair when he was able to leave the hospital.
