Video has emerged from South Carolina, US, of a helicopter rescuing flood victims. <br /><br />Nine people have been reported dead in weather related incidents in the US state in the last day.<br /><br />According to local reports, hundreds of National Guardsmen, several aircraft and rescue teams were called in to save people from the flooding.
