WASHINGTON-- In the wake of the Oregon shooting, Hillary Clinton is taking aim at boosting her poll numbers by unveiling her gun control plan, part of which involves repealing a law that protects gun manufacturers and dealers from lawsuits should one of their weapons be used in a crime. <br /> <br />Using Clinton's logic here, maybe we should also hold knife manufacturers liable for stabbings. And allow Wal-Mart to be sued for selling the knife, too. Hillary may be digging her own grave with this argument, especially if she tries taking away America's Krispy Kremes. <br /> <br />The fact that America has more guns than people is quite remarkable. Canada has about the third of the guns per capita that America has, which is still a lot. However, the number of mass shootings that take place in Canada is next to nothing compared to what happens south of their border. <br /> <br />Gun control is shaping up to be a divisive issue in the upcoming presidential election, and the NRA is no slouch in their lobbying efforts to push and pull Washington on behalf of gun enthusiasts. <br /> <br />Hillary's plan to invite trigger-happy lawsuit lawyers to take shots at Smith and Wesson's bank account isn't logical.
