Where’s the vermouth? We can hear you screaming - calm down, it’ll be OK. This isn’t by any stretch of the imagination a Manhattan that’s faithful to the original… and who says it needs to be anyway? Have some fun, shake it up, try something new. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br />1½ oz dark rum <br />2 oz apple juice <br />3 dashes orange bitters <br />4 dashes Angostura bitters <br />Garnish: cherry <br />Glass: cocktail / martini <br /> <br />Method: <br />Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. <br />Stir and strain into an iced cocktail or martini glass. <br />Garnish with a cherry.
