A stomach-churning video has emerged of twin brothers competing in a chili pepper challenge involving five shots each, made up of 130 juiced chilis. <br /><br />The two brothers challenged each other to drink five shots of Caroline Reaper juice. After the shots, the first one to drink milk loses.<br /><br />They then start juicing the 130 chilis, adding a little water to it before pouring the mixture into shot glasses.<br /><br />After the five shots they refrain from drinking milk to calm the pain until the first twin caves in after a minute of agony.<br /><br />The Caroline Reaper has been coined the "hottest chili" by Guinness World Records.
