John Goodman showed off some drastic weight loss Thursday night at the London premiere of his new movie "Trumbo."<br />The veteran actor has spoken in the past about his struggles with weight, saying he once topped 400 pounds.<br />His rep told ABC News that it's basic exercise and diet that the actor is focusing on now.<br />"I wanted to live life better," he told People magazine at the time, adding that he quit drinking worked out six days a week.<br />He also told David Letterman during that time that he knows his weight will be an ongoing battle and that "I'm not gonna look like Paris Hilton or anything."
